It is not going to be an easy road for any of you; to get
to this level of training takes a lot of determination and
passion for the sport; if you don’t have it you’ll
never finish the 12 weeks. It wasn’t easy for me to
get to this level of such high intensity training. A big help
for me to get such a discipline comes from 15 years of hard
training under strict rules of the communist regime.
Being born in one of the ex-communist countries from East
Europe, I have been training since I was 5 years old. From
day one, training under the rules of that regime, the discipline
and determination had to be respected any time. If you didn’t
have the mind set to became the No.1 athlete in the world,
you wouldn’t be allow to step into the gym. The next
day, other athletes would have taken your spot. You had to
be switched on, day and night, like a lion in the jungle in
order to survive. After so many years of training under that
regime you can’t change; the discipline and determination
of succeeding will stay with you forever.

In these 12 weeks of Max-XT Training I want
you to become the best athlete in your gym. After 12 weeks
of this program, everyone in your club will appreciate your

12 weeks will get you in the best shape of your life.
This is the type of training I do 12 weeks out of my bodybuilding
competitions. The closer I get to the competition stage, the
more intense the training becomes. You have to have nerves
of steel to train to such high intensity when your body fat
level is around 3%. If you are a competitor in bodybuilding
and you can handle these 12 weeks of training before a competition,
I guarantee you that you will be the best on the stage on
that day. Nobody will have the muscle density you will display
on that stage!
WHAT IS REQUIRED IF
I WANT TO START Max-XT?
Before you attempt to start this program I would
recommend doing at least 6 months of Advanced Max-IT Training
Program (52 week Max-IT) which will psyche you up for the
Max-Xtreme Training Program.
For the Max-XT Training Program you need to purchase two Max-XT
Training Chains - x2 12-14mm chain around 2 metres long and
2 shackles. You can purchase these from our online shop for
around $50 each. After you get your chain you are ready to
start.

exercise; so that you can understand better the technique,
concentration and determination we put in with every rep and
set of the Max-XT Training Program.

NUTRITION PLAN WHICH

TIPS, TRICKS and FAQ
In the Max-XT program I
will be also giving away a lot of tips and tricks plus answers
to the most common questions. For example in the diet, more
varieties of complex carbohydrate sources can used such as:
lentils, beans, polenta. Another is, if I use 1 or 2 times
per week pasta, I buy the whole meal flour and I make my own
pasta. One trick as you get closer to a competition and get
in better shape every week is to increase your calorie intake
(I add more fish and chicken in my diet, the complex carbs
stay the same all the way to the competition day). You increase
your cardio activity, but you don’t cut down your calorie
intake. Remember, to train to such high intensity you have
to feed the muscle to recover for the next day's training
section.
I get my protein source from chicken, fish, eggs during the
week, on weekends I have 2 meals of red meat(eye fillet) and
1 meal of mix seafood(prawns, scallops, calamari, fish).
In the last 4 weeks I completely cut the weekend’s red
meat and the mixed seafood.
Be aware all the food is cooked on a grill, with no oil, salt
or sauce. This is just a small part of what to expect included
in the Max-XT training program.
