The Most Extreme Training Program you will ever Experience!


To all the athletes around the world, I want to let you know that it’s a pleasure for me to share the highest intensity training of all times. I’m very confident that the Max-XT Training will take you to the Xtreme. No another program in the world is going to take you to this intensity you’ll experience in the next 12 weeks.


It is not going to be an easy road for any of you; to get to this level of training takes a lot of determination and passion for the sport; if you don’t have it you’ll never finish the 12 weeks. It wasn’t easy for me to get to this level of such high intensity training. A big help for me to get such a discipline comes from 15 years of hard training under strict rules of the communist regime.


Being born in one of the ex-communist countries from East Europe, I have been training since I was 5 years old. From day one, training under the rules of that regime, the discipline and determination had to be respected any time. If you didn’t have the mind set to became the No.1 athlete in the world, you wouldn’t be allow to step into the gym. The next day, other athletes would have taken your spot. You had to be switched on, day and night, like a lion in the jungle in order to survive. After so many years of training under that regime you can’t change; the discipline and determination of succeeding will stay with you forever.

In these 12 weeks of Max-XT Training I want you to become the best athlete in your gym. After 12 weeks of this program, everyone in your club will appreciate your experience and determination to succeed. Everyone will realise you are somebody when you are able to train to such a high intensity.


If people around you will not appreciate your hard training, let me tell you that you are a winner already, because these 12 weeks will get you in the best shape of your life.
This is the type of training I do 12 weeks out of my bodybuilding competitions. The closer I get to the competition stage, the more intense the training becomes. You have to have nerves of steel to train to such high intensity when your body fat level is around 3%. If you are a competitor in bodybuilding and you can handle these 12 weeks of training before a competition, I guarantee you that you will be the best on the stage on that day. Nobody will have the muscle density you will display on that stage!

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED IF I WANT TO START Max-XT?

 

Before you attempt to start this program I would recommend doing at least 6 months of Advanced Max-IT Training Program (52 week Max-IT) which will psyche you up for the Max-Xtreme Training Program.


For the Max-XT Training Program you need to purchase two Max-XT Training Chains - x2 12-14mm chain around 2 metres long and 2 shackles. You can purchase these from our online shop for around $50 each. After you get your chain you are ready to start.

ASN will show you the real time video on every exercise; so that you can understand better the technique, concentration and determination we put in with every rep and set of the Max-XT Training Program.

 

After we post on our website the 12 weeks training program, to make it even better for you we’ll have the Max-XT DVD launch. There will be 3 DVD volumes with more than 6 hours of the hardest sections of training you’ve ever seen. The DVD's will be available on our website and from all health food shops and gyms Australia wide that stock ASN products.

 

NUTRITION PLAN WHICH GUARANTEES RESULTS

 

Probably, all of you have heard about the performance athletes around the world, who have been experiencing fantastic results from using ASN Advanced Sports Nutrition products. Let me show you the right way to use them and I guarantee you that you’ll never again go and search for other products.


To put on serious lean muscle mass you have to respect 3 very important factors: nutrition, training and recovery. If you miss one of these factors you won’t be able to perform to the highest level possible to put on serious lean muscle mass.


A poor nutrition means you cannot recover in time and when we don’t get the right recovery we can get injured during training. With injuries there is no way to finish the 12 weeks of Max-XT Training Program. So I have put together a 12 Week diet plan to follow while you are on this training program. Follow this diet program to gain maximum benefit in performance and growth.

Here is just a small sample of what to expect in the diet;

 

6.15 am 1 serve HP-100, 1 serve NANO Creatine, 1 serve Xtreme PUMP & 2 Tri-PRO
6.30 am 1 table spoon of oats/1 spring onion and 2 scramble eggs
7.00 am Training
8.30 am 1 serve HP-100, 1 serve HPC- Lemon, 1 serve NANO Glutamine
9.00 am 100g sweet potatoes and 2 boil eggs
10.30 am 60g grill chicken liver and 60 g grill chicken breast
12.00 am 1 serve HP-100, 2 Tri-PRO, 1 serve NANO Glutamine
1.30 pm 120g chicken breast and ½ cup steam rice
3.00 pm 60g sweet potatoes and 60g corn
4.30 pm 120g chicken breast and 60-80g salad/vegetables
6.00 pm 120g fish and 60-80g salad/vegetables
7.00pm 1 serve HP-100 and 2 Tri-PRO
8.30 pm 120g fish and 60g green salad

A schedule would look like this;

TIPS, TRICKS and FAQ

 

In the Max-XT program I will be also giving away a lot of tips and tricks plus answers to the most common questions. For example in the diet, more varieties of complex carbohydrate sources can used such as: lentils, beans, polenta. Another is, if I use 1 or 2 times per week pasta, I buy the whole meal flour and I make my own pasta. One trick as you get closer to a competition and get in better shape every week is to increase your calorie intake (I add more fish and chicken in my diet, the complex carbs stay the same all the way to the competition day). You increase your cardio activity, but you don’t cut down your calorie intake. Remember, to train to such high intensity you have to feed the muscle to recover for the next day's training section.
I get my protein source from chicken, fish, eggs during the week, on weekends I have 2 meals of red meat(eye fillet) and 1 meal of mix seafood(prawns, scallops, calamari, fish).
In the last 4 weeks I completely cut the weekend’s red meat and the mixed seafood.
Be aware all the food is cooked on a grill, with no oil, salt or sauce. This is just a small part of what to expect included in the Max-XT training program.
