It now replaces that original program, with updated exercises
and movements that combine the latest in training research

been developed. Movements that are 9-12 rep sets, but your
body only thinks they are 3 rep sets. The science behind this
is that your muscles are always working pure anaerobically,
even though you are doing 9 reps in a set which would normally
mean your muscles are switching from pure anaerobic to oxidative
phosphorylation energy cycles. By training this way you can
increase the anaerobic threshhold of the muscle for longer
which will not only help you increase in strength and stamina
but also help preserve muscle protein stores and activate
genetic signalling for muscle growth.
